Since 2013, Ronny serves as the digital health and BRM manager in the ministry of health, digital health & IS division. The division is responsible for the Israeli Digital Health Policy and Plan, chaired by Dr. Boaz Lev, the ministry's deputy Director General. In her position, Ronny is responsible for health information and communication technologies regulations, including technological aspects of legislation and relevant government decisions, Manages the BRM Department and team and also responsible for the interpretation of Business demands into SW HL requirements, project scoping and comparison of solution alternatives. In addition, she is responsible for the MOH applicative architecture.
Before she started her career at the public sector, Ronny filled numerous positions at the private sector as senior manager in a few technological companies, such as Matrix, Netwise and Orantech. She also was the owner & Co-Management of AtarimTR LTD. In all these positions, she served as part of the executive management and had great achievements, including penetration into new markets, growing revenue and profit, implementation of new work processes, lowering deviation from planned effort to below the set target of 10% etc.
Ronny has an Executive MBA (Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem and BA (Cum Laude) in Psychology from Tel Aviv University. She also studied screen play writing at Camera Obscura in Tel Aviv.
